Processing Team Member – Fresh Juice Production

We are a well-established, reputable family-owned Fruit & Vegetable Wholesaler with a legacy spanning 30 years, conveniently located in Burleigh Heads. We supply fresh-cut fruit, vegetables, and freshly made juices to food manufacturers and food service operations across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Northern Rivers.

We are currently seeking a highly efficient and dedicated Processing Team Member to join our Juice Production Team, where precision, hygiene, and consistency are key to maintaining our high standards of product quality.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Juice Preparation and Processing: Operating juicing machinery to extract and process fresh juices according to specific recipes and quality standards.
  • Product Consistency and Quality: Ensuring juices are produced to consistent taste, texture, and appearance specifications while maintaining freshness and shelf-life standards.
  • Hygiene and Food Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to HACCP and food safety guidelines during all stages of production, including equipment sanitation, ingredient handling, and packaging processes.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operating, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on juicing machines and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Cold Environment Adaptability: Working comfortably in a chilled production environment to maintain product freshness and quality.
  • Packaging and Labelling: Filling and sealing juice bottles or containers, accurately labelling products, and ensuring proper storage and inventory rotation.

  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
