About the role:

The role of a sales associate is to actively work alongside an experienced lead agent to assist with lead/ buyer nurture, database management, prospecting and facilitating the sale of properties. You will assist in building long-lasting client relationships built on a rigorous communication plan that should exceed the customer's experience expectations. There is also the opportunity for growth within the business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead/buyer nurture and database management

• Handling/responding to phone and email enquiries from prospective buyers

• Assisting with open for inspections and private appointments/inspections

• Open for inspection buyer callbacks

• Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door-knocking

• Attending regular skill and systems training sessions as part of our pathway training program

• Assisting and learning from the lead agent with ad-hoc sales duties

About You:

• Genuine desire to learn and commitment to succeed

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal

• A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Current drivers licence

• Immaculate presentation and positive attitude

• Real Estate experience preferable but not essential
