About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Junior Office Administrator to help keep our workplace running smoothly and professionally. You'll play a key part in welcoming visitors, supporting day-to-day office operations, and ensuring our spaces remain tidy, organised, and inviting.

This role is varied - from setting up meeting rooms and managing supplies to assisting with relocations, events, and onboarding new team members. You'll also provide general administrative support to the Head of Service and Support, gaining exposure to a wide range of business operations.

It's the perfect opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and eager to grow their career in a supportive environment while learning to use modern digital and AI tools.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests, stakeholders, and interviewees, ensuring a professional first impression
  • Keep office and communal areas tidy, organised, and well-presented
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and meeting room setups (including catering and AV)
  • Assist with office relocations, desk setups, and starter packs for new employees
  • Support HR and operations with onboarding, uniforms, and access cards
  • Restock supplies and assist with general maintenance requests
  • Provide administrative support for events, interviews, and day-to-day tasks

  • Experience in office, reception, or customer service roles (desirable, not essential)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook (AI/digital tools training provided)
