We are a construction contractor specializing in structural, mechanical, civil, and piping services, and we're seeking an enthusiastic Junior Receptionist/Accounts Clerk to support our busy office. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and even work towards relevant qualifications while you earn.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Office Administration – Assist in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
  • Data Entry – Process information quickly and accurately.
  • Reception Duties – Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Filing & Organization – Maintain records and data for easy access.
  • Accounts Assistance – Support weekly payment processes for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Payroll & Payments – Learn payroll processing, supplier payments, and gain MYOB experience.
  • Work Hours – Monday-Wednesday (9 AM - 5 PM), Thursday (until 4:30 PM), Friday (until 3:30 PM).

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed Year 12, ideally with subjects related to office administration.
  • A friendly, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and general office procedures.
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Punctual, reliable, and have your own transport.
  • A team player who's eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
