So, the Job

As a Digital Producer at Dilate, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of digital projects from start to finish. You'll collaborate closely with clients and our internal team of designers, developers, content creators, SEO specialists and marketers to ensure projects exceed expectations.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients as their main point of contact.

  • Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored digital solutions.
  • Communicate progress, updates and issues regularly with clarity and transparency.
  • Develop project plans with scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
  • Oversee the execution of digital projects in line with Dilate's standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and adjust strategies to optimise outcomes.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues promptly and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Facilitate clear communication so everyone knows their role in delivering results.
  • Support the professional growth of team members through feedback and collaboration.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and sharing best practices.

About you

  • Has proven experience managing digital projects in an agency or related environment.
  • Understands digital marketing principles across SEO, UX/UI and web development.
  • Brings excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is exceptionally organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is confident with project management tools and software.
  • Can work independently, but loves collaboration too.
  • Is client-focused with a genuine commitment to delivering great results.
