Mandatory Skill: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)  About the role: The DigitalProducer is responsible for maintaining the end -to -end production and deliveryof Digital Operations programs of work in a Digital Teams environment, coveringcustomer Digital properties including but not limited to the customer Working in Digital Teams as a subject matter expert for Digital production, theProducer will be in a hands -on role creating and publishing content via ourContent Management Systems and collaborating with UX, design, content,development, and testing resources – both internal and external – to ensurequality delivery of all changes into production. The candidatewill play an active role in documenting authoring requirements, design, andimplementation of new capabilities. KeyResponsibilities·       Hands -onday -to -day authoring of content updates via Adobe Experience Manager CMSincluding using existing templates and components, static file management, andpublishing activities ensuring high quality, accuracy, and compliance withlegal and brand requirements.·       Liaise with internal and external stakeholdersregarding requirements and deliverables including defect management and seekingrelevant approvals.·       Ensure all briefs and designs comply withlegal and brand requirements.·       Managing end -to -end production, delivery andrelease management process including liaising with release management andtesting teams supporting overnight releases across development and productionenvironments.·       Assist Senior Digital Producers and Digital Producers.·       Adhere to customer policies and guidelineswhile delivering to deadlines.·       Effectively analyse problems and provideinnovative solutions in high pressure situations.·       Managing product catalogue feed into the CMS. Experience andQualifications·       Degreequalified (Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similar.)·       Strong hands -on CMS experience (Adobeexperience manager and Sales Force Commerce Cloud highly regarded).·       Experience working under Agile methodology.·       Solid understanding of W3C and Accessibilitystandards (WCAG)·       Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript·       Collaborating in cross -functional teamsincluding liaising with UX, designers, developers, testers, and businessstakeholders.·       Experience with end -to -end digital releasesacross development and production environments Good to have·       Exposureto Telco, IT, and a large/complex corporate environment·       Knowledge and understanding of digital designand UX principles·       Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)·       Experience with Jira and Confluence·       Personalisation and A/B Testing.
