About the role:

• Art Direction: Lead the creative production process, ensuring all content aligns with our brand's vision.

• Content Creator Extraordinaire: Produce high-quality video advertising and content using photography and videography, including spontaneous "on the fly" content.

• Social Media: Support our presence across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Talent Scout: Handle bookings and castings, ensuring the right talent for each project.

• Style Guru: Oversee wardrobe and styling to maintain a cohesive look.

• Studio Steward: Maintain studio equipment and accessories, ensuring everything is in top condition.

• Brand Builder: Contribute to the growth and development of our brand online.

• Collaborative Innovator: Work with external consultants to achieve optimal deliverables.

• Content Publishing: Generate, edit, and publish timely content on a weekly basis.

• Digital Dynamo: Support company-wide digital advertising and promotional efforts.

• Design Workflow Wizard: Create user-friendly shoot briefs to streamline internal processes.

Growth and Development:

• Continuous Improvement: Benchmark and enhance our brand's image to keep it fresh and engaging.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to develop content strategies.

• Trendsetter: Stay updated with the latest social media and sales trends to create relevant content.

• Lifelong Learner: Attend events and engage in continuous learning to support your growth in the role.

Qualifications:

About you:

•Proven experience in creative production, photography, and videography for consumer brands

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

• Experience in using Adobe Suite, Premiere, Lightroom, mobile apps and photoshoot for content creation.

• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for storytelling and visual media.

• Ability to create persuasive short and long form media.
