Your day-to-day:

You won't just be "coordinating freight", you'll be owning the process from start to finish and partnering with clients to deliver smart, timely logistics.

  • End-to-end coordination of shipments: quoting, booking, tracking, and documentation
  • Build lasting partnerships with clients and suppliers
  • Provide exceptional customer care and proactive communication
  • Maintain and manage your files in CargoWise or PAVE
  • Coordinate FCL/LCL & air freight, including pre-alerts, clearance, and cartage
  • Handle controlled goods and manage permits and compliance

About you:

You're not new to this. You've spent time in freight forwarding and know how to juggle priorities, hit deadlines, and wow clients.

  • Experience in a freight forwarding or logistics operator role (sea/air/road)
  • Experience with CargoWise or PAVE is required
  • A strong communicator who thrives under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
  • Driven by client satisfaction and operational excellence
