Full Time Diploma Qualified Educator – North Carlton
- $70,000 plus 12% Super
- Centre Hours are: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Rotating roster
- 8hour shifts, with 1 RDO per month and 2 hours non contact time each week

About the Role:
Are you a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educator looking for a fulfilling role in a warm, community-focused early learning environment?
Tradewind is currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Early Learning Centre located in the heart of North Carlton.
We are seeking a Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis, with an immediate start available.
Key duties:
- Identify and cater for individual learner needs and maintain child safety at all times
- Provide an environment that promotes the cognitive, physical, emotional, social and intellectual wellbeing of all students
- Work closely with parents regarding the progress and development of their children
- Participate in the creation, development and evaluation of curriculum
- Stay informed regarding current trends, early childhood practices and curriculum and resource developments
Required Qualifications & Attributes:
- Cert III in Early Childhood Education (or ACEQUA equivalent)
- Up to date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management qualifications
- Current WWCC - Employee
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Years (or willingness to undertake training)
- Current Right to work in Australia
Skills & Experience:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a permanent Cert III Educator position in an Early Childhood setting
- Ability to implement flexible and responsive routines with experience in progressive mealtimes would be ideal.
- The ability to be adaptable, team-orientated and show very strong pedagogical knowledge of the Early years Curriculum and EYLF
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken
