We are looking for a Full time early childhood educator to join the Carlton North team at our original service where children are immersed in nature in our beautiful, large outdoor space in the heart of the community. This position is a 12month parental leave cover position.

**About the Role**
- We're looking for a qualified and experienced educator who will role model appropriate practice reflective of Gowries philosophy, policies, purpose, vision and values as well as being able to support their team with mínimal direction.

**About You**
- You are Cert III or Diploma Qualified with a minimum of 12 months experience.
- You have sound knowledge of the NQF and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
- You demonstrate your experience in the early childhood sector by implementing programs that are inclusive and respond to children's interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children.
- You are a good communicator and able to work effectively in diverse teams.
