Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and maintain height safety systems, including anchor points, guardrails, fall arrest systems, and access platforms, in compliance with Australian Standards (AS/NZS 1891) and SafeWork NSW regulations.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality installations on construction, industrial, and commercial sites throughout NSW.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify height safety requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build and learn to lead other installers, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence with room to grow.
  • Ensure compliance with SafeWork NSW codes of practice and maintain detailed safety documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights on installation techniques and safety innovations.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in height safety installation, roofing, or related construction trades in Australia. (But no essential)
  • Valid Working at Heights certification (e.g., RIIWHS204E Work Safely at Heights or equivalent) recognized in NSW.
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards (AS/NZS 1891) and SafeWork NSW requirements for height safety systems.
  • Proven ability to lead tasks and collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
  • Physical fitness and comfort working at heights in various weather conditions.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites across NSW.
