LONG TERM ROLE
- DOGMAN AND TOWER CRANE OP

Our client is a well-known construction company looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator and Dogman to start at the end of June for about 7 months.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

- White Card
- High-risk licenses for Tower Crane (CT), Dogman (DG)
- Working at Heights
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Excellent attitude to safety

**Dogman Skills**:

- Must perform various labouring duties as required daily.
- Must have the ability to assess risks, make informed decisions and implement necessary precautions to ensure the overall safety and wellbeing of the site team.
- Must have previous dogman experience for tower cranes on commercial constructions projects, thus including safe attachment and securement of loads to the cranes hook while ensuring the proper weight distribution and stability.

**Tower Crane Skills**:

- Knowledgeable in relevant safety procedures, including proper rigging techniques, load calculations, and implementation of safety protocols to ensure team and site well-being.
- Strong ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate closely with signallers, ground personnel, and other team members.
- Proficient in controlling load capacities, hoisting, and lowering materials, and accurately positioning loads at desired locations.
