About the role

We are seeking a passionate, driven and strategic Part-Time Marketing and Campaign Lead to join the marketing team at tonic'. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and reporting of all marketing campaigns and initiatives for our growing business. This is a part-time position based in our Elsternwick office in Victoria.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to support the overall business objectives
  • Create engaging and impactful marketing content across various channels including social media, email, website and more
  • Manage and optimise marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to continually improve results
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all initiatives
  • Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for future improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or campaign management role, ideally within the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and campaign management best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing marketing metrics and reporting on campaign performance
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email, CRMs and analytics
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
