- This part-time position (0.8 FTE) is responsible for:
- Supporting tasks across all standards and development functions
- Supporting continuing education (CE) system processing functions
- Provide customer service to members and education providers
This role also entails liaising with other AUSactive staff, including those in Customer Service, Business Development, Communications & Marketing teams.
**Qualifications**
- Essential - Tertiary qualification in Exercise Science, Health Sciences, Business or similar
- Desirable - Certificate IV Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
**Experience, Knowledge & Skills (essential)**
- Knowledge and experience in exercise science and fitness programming
- Ability to liaise with management, work independently and engage with stakeholders in a positive and pro-active manner
- Detailed knowledge of the contemporary Australian exercise and active health industry and exercise professional services
- Excellent communication, customer service and reporting skills
- Utilising learning & customer management systems
- Project management and multi-tasking skills
- Aptitude for gathering and utilising evidence for content development
- IT literacy and data management skills
- Critical thinking and technical analysis skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Desirable_
- Experience working with a professional/industry association, or service industry
- Experience in dealing with government health departments, disability service providers, health NGOs and health sector networks
