Based in a vibrant Elsternwick office - a creative, high-energy environment renowned for its collaborative culture and excellent coffee - this is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a new international launch. The role is suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and knows how to transition seamlessly from strategy to execution.

**The Role**

Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Contractor will support the US go-to-market plan and drive execution across channels. From refining the brand’s messaging to coordinating launch assets, this role encompasses a wide range of high-impact marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate across design, content, paid media and product to ensure timely delivery of launch assets
- Help shape website messaging, value proposition, and key customer-facing collateral
- Keep teams aligned, priorities clear, and launch plans on track
- Conduct light-touch competitor and market research to inform tone, positioning and creative approach

**What You’ll Bring**
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within B2B, SaaS, fintech or startup environments
- Prior experience supporting or launching a brand in the US market is highly regarded
- Strength in digital campaign planning
- Experience creating and managing website content (WordPress preferred)
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage timelines and outcomes
- Comfortable with ambiguity - able to operate without a playbook and shape direction as you go
- Clear communicator who can engage stakeholders and drive progress
- Bonus points for strong writing and editing skills

This is a unique opportunity to help launch a brand in a new market, working with a high-performing fintech team that moves quickly, experiments frequently, and builds with purpose.
