What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow
    client accounts
    , ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Deliver value through professional support, guidance, and problem-solving.
  • Identify opportunities for
    upselling, cross-selling, and client referrals

  • Conduct client meetings and check-ins via Zoom, phone, and email.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimise account management strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    account management, client relationship management, or customer success
    .
  • Exceptional
    communication and relationship-building skills
    .
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on client growth.
  • An interest in
    leadership, coaching, or personal development
    is a bonus.
