About the Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated and energetic On-Road Parts Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a customer-facing, travel-heavy role that involves visiting clients across our region, growing parts sales, and delivering top-tier service. You'll enjoy independence, variety, and the opportunity to build your own client base.

Key Responsibilities


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the transport and mechanical industries


• Travel across the region to grow parts sales and manage customer needs


• Proactively manage a sales territory


• Identify and act on sales opportunities


• Maintain accurate reporting of activities


• Represent Johnson's Trucks with professionalism and energy


• Comfortable with overnight stays when required

What We're Looking For


• Self-motivated, results-driven, and high energy


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Valid car driver's licence


• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed


• Strong time management and organisational skills


• Sales experience is essential


• Automotive or heavy vehicle background preferred

• Base salary of $60,000–$70,000 (based on experience)
