The Opportunity

We'relooking for a driven
Sales Assistant
to join our team and play a key role insupporting the Seven Sales team inMilduraby delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our regional markets.
Please note that this is apart-time position.

In this role,you'llwork closely with thebroader Sales teamand will
report directly to theSales ManagerinMildura.
You'llenjoy a dynamic environment whereyou'llinteract with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

Whatyou'lldo:

  • Processing and managing advertising bookings.
  • Assistingin the preparation of advertising proposals.
  • Accuratelymaintainingclient and revenue records.
  • Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team.

You're anorganised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to grow your career in media. You'llalso have:

  • A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • An aptitude foranalysingnumbers andidentifyinginsights.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A positive work ethic anda strong teamfocus.
  • A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
