Description
- Manage payroll project deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payroll-related queries and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and industry standards.
- Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in implementing payroll system improvements and upgrades.
- Prepare reports and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively and efficiently.
Profile
A successful Payroll Project Specialist should have:
- A strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Payroll Systems - Employment Hero preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
