We are seeking a talented Digital Account Specialist with expertise in marketing to join the team at Pixelz360. This full-time position is based in our Fortitude Valley office in Queensland. As a Digital Account Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and delivering exceptional results to our clients.

This role has an option for an immediate start as we are expanding.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs and objectives, and proactively identifying and addressing their concerns.
  • Creating engaging social media content and copy to drive audience growth, engagement and conversions.
  • Analysing campaign performance data and providing insights with the help of other team members.
  • Demonstrates a strong visual sense and an ability to identify and develop creative solutions by working closely with the design team.
  • Collaborating with the broader digital marketing team to deliver results.
  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred)
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices.
  • On-going training provided for growth purposes.

What we're looking for

  • 6-12 months experience in a social media marketing or digital account management role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (optional)
  • Experience with paid campaigns.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
