We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our growing wholesale homewares business. In this role, you'll bring a fresh perspective, contribute creative ideas, and help keep our operations running smoothly across administration, marketing, and sales support. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a small, collaborative team while working with beautiful homewares products.

As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • General office administration including managing emails, using MYOB AccountRight, and coordinating with freight providers.
  • Event and warehouse assistance - supporting wholesale events, packing orders, and general warehouse tasks.
  • Website and online store management updating WordPress site and product listings on Etsy, eBay, and Fieldfolio.
  • Marketing support - creating Mailchimp campaigns and managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with WordPress and customer service.
  • Confident working with a range of software tools.
  • Quick learner with strong technical aptitude.
  • Familiar with Mailchimp, MYOB, and basic accounting.
  • Basic understanding of SEO strategies.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new systems and exploring creative ways to increase sales.
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • A relevant certification or degree is a plus

This is a casual position (3–4 days per week) based in Burwood.
