Support Worker (Female, Coombabah QLD)

Casual | Immediate Start

We've got a young boy in Coombabah who's looking for the right support person to join his team.

We're starting with a few sessions to make sure it's the right fit, and if all goes well, it'll roll into a regular 6-day week.

Days & Times:

  • Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri:
    1 pm – 6 pm
  • Wed:
    10 am – 3 pm
  • Sat:
    8 am – 1 pm

We're after a
female, middle-aged support worker
who's warm, reliable, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

About the Role

This role is all about building a real connection while providing hands-on support — things like:

  • Helping out around the home (meals, light tidying, routines).
  • Getting out and about in the community.
  • Offering friendly conversation and a steady, calm presence.

You'll be part of a small, supportive team that actually listens and values the work you do.

What We're Looking For

  • A caring nature and down-to-earth attitude (experience is great, but not everything)
  • Someone who can build strong, trusting relationships
  • Current
    NDIS Worker Screening Check
    ,
    Blue Card
    , and
    Yellow Card.
  • Reliable and confident working one-on-one
  • Available across the listed days/times
