Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months, located in Bankstown & hosted by Training Services NSW.
Our Traineeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. Duties:
- Processing incoming and outgoing documentation
- Managing phone calls and handling general inquiries
- Allocating and coordinating work schedules
- Assisting with counter and front-desk inquiries
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining records and databases
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills and responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a strong work ethic and motivated to learn
- Passionate for field & result driven
