We are a bathroom products wholesaler located in Revesby. Our friendly office team needs a self-motivated accounting background administrator to help us.
Daily mailing and daily update tax correspondence
Preparing effective reports
Bookkeeping activities in Xero software - invoicing, following up debtors, receipting, banking, generating reports
Filing, scanning and electronic file handling
Database and company's procedures maintenance/ update.
Receive tasks directly from the Director, update and report tasks completion status to the Director on daily basis.
Provide competent administrative support to our Clients and Team members.
Received training to perform accounting tasks such as:
Complete client data input as required.
Generate necessary journal entries and trial balance for checking
Provide general assistance with the processing of bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Well-presented, self-discipline, honest and can-do attitude
- Believe in personal accountability, professional ethics and confidentiality
- Maintains a positive attitude (especially when under pressure)
- Consistently follow best practice procedures in areas of responsibility
- Clearly and thoroughly understand the requirements of your admin role.
- Availability for Full-time position depending on ability
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
