The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Exclusive Talent, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, marketing, and technical roles.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted partner.
  • Proactively source and headhunt through our network and smart search strategies.
  • Interview candidates, prepare profiles, and present shortlists to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Director and team to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.

About You

You bring drive, resilience, and relationship skills. Ideally, you have:

  • A strong sales background (phone based or client facing). Recruitment experience not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage.
  • A proactive approach to sourcing and headhunting, with creative problem solving.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive mindset.
  • A genuine passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunity.
