What You’ll Do

- Analyse and improve recruitment processes, using dashboards and data to drive decisions.

- Develop and manage talent pools to ensure we hire the best—fast

- Identify creative solutions for hard-to-fill roles.

- Keep recruitment documentation up to date and ensure compliance with approvals.

- Present insights and recommendations to leadership.

- Champion safety and wellbeing in all you do.

What You Bring

- Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).

- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

- Enjoy working with systems and data

- Experience with LiveHire / Humanforce will be well regarded

- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
