We're looking for an experienced
Talent Specialist
to join our People & Culture team to help drive the recruitment function.

Someone who knows the hospitality world inside out, thrives in pace & a little chaos, chatting with 40+ people a day, sorting through a mountain of applications, and finding those gems who'll thrive in our venues. You're all about connecting people with opportunities that bring out their best.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    across Applejack's 12 Sydney venues — from job ads to onboarding.
  • Partner with our venues management to
    build high-performing teams
    and future leaders.
  • Champion our Applejack values daily, finding creative ways to attract the best in hospitality.
  • Delivering an
    exceptional candidate experience
    , every single time.
  • Support broader people projects that drive engagement, growth and retention.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience recruiting in high volume
    hospitality, tourism or retail
    (agency or internal)
  • A genuine passion for people, culture, hospitality and connection
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a bit of creative flair
  • Sharp communication skills and a collaborative mindset
