My Wellbeing Supports (MWS) is a registered NDIS provider delivering Psychology and Behaviour Support services for people with disabilities. The Role

We're seeking a passionate Psychologist who is already a Behaviour Support Practitioner or eager to become one. This is a remote, work-from-home role with travel to participant locations in the Illawarra region.

You will:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with NDIS goals.
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and allied health professionals to support participant outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to families and support staff.

About You

  • AHPRA registered (Provisional or General).
  • Skilled in psychological assessments and interventions.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in disability sector and knowledge of NDIS/PBS is a plus.
  • Must be suitable or willing to attain suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Location:
Illawarra region (Wollongong to Kiama).

Australian residents only.
