Max's at Red Hill enjoys iconic status as the first winery restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula.  Celebrating 31 years, Max's at Red Hill sits high on the hill, overlooking the vineyard and out to Westernport Bay and Phillip Island.

Over the years Max's has enjoyed a high level of success and many accolades. We cater for intimate dining, special occasions, weddings, groups and corporate functions. Offering friendly and efficient service and stunning views, Max's is a journey worth taking. Operating Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and Saturday night for dinner.

The Role

We are seeking casual Food & Beverage Attendants to provide exceptional service to our guests by:

  • Meet and greet and seat incoming guests
  • Provide and explain menu items with attention to detail on specific dietary requirements
  • Provide assistance with beverage and menu selection
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all team members and back of house
  • Process guest food and beverage orders and general waiting duties
  • Ability to work within the bar including cocktail production and running of the kitchen food pass

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation. In addition, you will also receive a share of gratuities with access to wine discounts and meals on extended shifts.

  • You hold a current RSA Certificate
  • You have experience in a similar role and environment
  • You have a passion for local produce in food and wine
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude
  • You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
  • You are capable, reliable and responsible
  • You hold a current drivers license and vehicle
