We're on the lookout for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to help us deliver outstanding service in our busy, dynamic environment.

**What we're after**:
As the Front of House Supervisor, you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager, overseeing the front-of-house team during your shifts. You will ensure seamless service, guide and motivate the team, and maintain our high standards of customer experience. If you're passionate about food, wine, and providing a memorable guest experience, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during peak hours (Thursday - Sunday evenings).
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
- Assist with training, mentoring, and motivating junior staff.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations and efficient team communication.
- Support in managing reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests.
- Ensure all service standards, health, and safety regulations are upheld.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in a Front of House role, ideally with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails and food pairings, with a passion for sharing your expertise with our distinguished guests.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work Thursday to Sunday evenings is essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 - $43.72 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
