About the Role

PlastaMasta Wagga and Riverina Steel Frames is looking for an experienced and reliable Yard & Logistics Coordinator to join our busy team.

This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating daily yard and delivery operations, ensuring materials are handled safely, deliveries are completed efficiently, and customers receive the highest level of service.

You'll be responsible for safely loading and securing materials for transport, making sure the quality and integrity of all products are maintained from yard to site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily yard and logistics operations
  • Jump in and help out on deliveries of plasterboard and other building materials as required
  • Safely load, secure, and unload building materials for delivery and collection
  • Operate forklifts and trucks in accordance with WHS procedures
  • Maintain yard presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Manage inwards and outwards goods, stock levels, and storage locations
  • Check off delivery dockets and ensure accurate documentation
  • Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to meet delivery deadlines
  • Support a positive, safety-driven team culture
What You'll Need
  • Forklift Licence
  • HR Truck Licence
  • White Card
  • Previous experience in a logistics, trade, or building supply environment
  • Physically fit with good attention to detail
  • Strong safety awareness and customer service focus
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
