We currently have an opportunity for a **Site Supervisor**to join our team. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), which is a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities.

This position will be located at RAAF Base Wagga.

**What you’ll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations.
- Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project.
- Contribute to development of work methods and rolling short term construction programs and plan daily/weekly production work.
- Work with logistics teams eg. the crane crew to ensure maximum efficiencies during operating hours.
- Ensuring all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.

**What you’ll bring**
- AQF Certificate III in Construction (or equivalent) and a trade-based certification.
- Extensive relevant experience in a supervisor capacity.
- Managed self and resources to deliver work to the value between $10M and $50M.
- Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 1 month ahead and monitoring cost and time of resources within area of accountability.Defence experience is preferred but not mandatory.
