Comfort Keepers is seeking a Scheduler to work with a team of three schedulers, who have staggered start times of 6.30am, 7.30am and 8.30am.
This is a full-time role, 6.30am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, with one evening per week on-call.
This role has the opportunity to work from home minimum one day per week.
The Role:
As a Scheduler, your day-to-day activities will focus on the support of the scheduling team who will be matching Support Workers to client's individual needs, and ensuring effective service coordination processes.
Responsibilities include the development of the rosters including the direct matching of clients to support workers, the input and rostering of brokered services that fall under the Interim Hospital Package program, and the liaison with clients to inform them of upcoming services.
This is a fast paced role that will work as part of a great team in a collaborative effort to maintain and communicate the rosters ongoing changes.
The successful candidate will have the following skillset:
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- A professional phone manner and positive attitude.
This role requires someone who is confident behind a computer and over the phone.
This role would suit someone who has had experience working with seniors and/or people with disabilities in a home or community setting, preferably including experience in service coordination requirements.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships is a must in this role.
