Austrack Campers is a rapidly growing company that specialises in the design, manufacture, and retail of high-quality off-road campers. We are looking for a Administration / Phone Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

As a Phone Receptionist at Austrack Campers, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming sales calls and directing enquiries to various interstate branches
  • Following up with customers following pickup to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other associated administration duties as required

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate should be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • High level of resilience and ability to cope well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMs
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
