We are seeking an experienced Casual Dental Assistant who can balance multiple roles within our clinic. From assisting with dental procedures to managing front-of-house tasks, this role requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both early starts and late finishes. Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during a range of procedures, ensuring optimal patient comfort and efficient clinical practice.
• Treatment Room Preparation: Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment, maintaining strict infection control standards.
• Diagnostic Support: Take and process digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos as required.
• Patient Care: Provide clear post-treatment instructions and offer a calm, professional presence to ensure patients feel at ease.
• Front Desk Duties: Manage appointments, handle patient inquiries, process payments, and assist with general reception tasks.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and administrative records using dental software (experience with Exact is beneficial but not required).

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting, ideally with both front-office and clinical support responsibilities.
• Flexibility: Availability for early morning and late evening shifts as required.
• Team Player: A proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work efficiently and accurately, even under pressure.
• Software Experience: Familiarity with Exact dental software is an advantage, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
