About the Role

RMIT University is seeking a PeopleSoft Support Analyst to join a newly formed team within Information Technology Services (ITS), providing critical support for our enterprise PeopleSoft Campus Solutions platform.

In this role, you'll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless, customer-focused support experience — resolving incidents, maintaining system performance, and contributing to the platform's continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in preparing for and supporting RMIT's PeopleSoft transformation program, scheduled for major implementation in April 2026.

About You

You are a technically capable and solutions-oriented analyst who thrives on collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You take pride in resolving complex issues and ensuring that end users experience reliable, high-quality systems.

Your strengths include:

  • Proven experience supporting PeopleSoft (ideally Campus Solutions) in a technical or application support capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across code, configuration, and data layers.
  • Working knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Application Designer, and SQL.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate technical language into clear outcomes for non-technical users.
  • A collaborative mindset, contributing to team knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
