Our 90-room property is centrally located in the heart of Joondalup, right near Joondalup Health Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, ECU, and beautiful Neil Hawkins Park. We pride ourselves on warm service, genuine care, and helping guests "get as local as they like it."


About the Role

As a Front Office Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face of Quest Joondalup. Your role will include:

  • Delivering effortless, memorable guest experiences
  • Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in, check-out and hotel enquiries
  • Handling accommodation enquiries and processing reservations
  • Promoting the hotel and local area to maximise guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and smooth daily operations at the reception desk
  • Supporting both corporate and leisure guests throughout their stay

This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same.


About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences. You bring:

  • A passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Confidence in promoting and upselling accommodation options
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in personal presentation
  • A collaborative, team-focused attitude
  • Experience with front office or booking systems (highly regarded)
  • Previous hospitality, tourism, hotel or customer-facing experience (highly regarded but not essential)

You must also be available to work a mix of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and have full working rights in Australia.
