About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and manage the successful delivery of a diverse range and size of projects. Some key responsibilities and tasks for this role are:

  • Sole responsibility for end-to-end activities for each project including development, executing, monitoring and closing of program schedule,
  • Material and labour cost forecasting and tracking for do and charge jobs, and variation works on quoted jobs,
  • Procurement and engagement of site materials and subcontractors,
  • Liaison with Draftsperson and Production Manager for shop drawings with accurate details and site measurements,
  • Management of onsite trade employees, and
  • Management of several projects simultaneously

This is a full-time permanent role and remuneration package will be consummate with skills and experience.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of maturity and proactive work habits to the role. Here's what we're looking for:

  • A Cert III in Shopfitting, Carpentry or related trade,
  • 2 + years proven experience in a Project Management role,
  • Confident with documentation, financials and construction methodologies,
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and effective time management,
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven experience building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously, unsupervised and to set timeframes,
  • Strive for, and achieve, the highest quality standards, and
  • Adherence to all HSE guidelines.
