Join our Administration Team
As a Business Administration Officer within our busy medical centre environment, you will provide essential administrative support that directly impacts patient care and service delivery.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst this role is accountable to the Senior Business Analyst and supports the Business Finance Partner in the leadership and management of the financial resources allocated to the Division.
Duties for the role will include:
- providing financial and non-financial data and information to enable the Business Finance team and Managers to support the Division.
- providing support to managers in ensuring revenue and expenses are allocated correctly, including journals, accruals, requisitions and invoicing.
- providing support in implementing finance policies and procedures.
- providing support to the Division on procurement, fleet management, workforce and other activities to support daily operation of the division.
About you:
- Ability to work together as a team to achieve objectives in a climate of significant change, with a commitment to a team orientated philosophy.
- Self-motivated, organised, demonstrated initiative and an ability to operate independently while remaining focussed on agreed objectives that may have competing priorities.
- Demonstrated skills in analysing and interpreting data, communicating information accurately, in either verbal or written format to accommodate the key stakeholder audience.
- Ability to provide high levels of professional service, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
