Contract / Freelance Landscape Designer

We are seeking a Contract / Freelance Landscape Designer to collaborate with our architectural team on landscape plans for Town Planning and single house projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop landscape plans to support Town Planning applications.
- Design functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces for residential projects.
- Coordinate with the architectural team to ensure seamless integration of landscape and building design.
- Provide documentation and drawings as required for planning submissions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 years +) in landscape design for residential and Childcare projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Revit, or similar).
- Strong understanding of planning requirements and landscape documentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within deadlines.
