Guydeez is looking for passionate locals to join our international network of freelance tour guides. No professional guide license is required — just your enthusiasm, city knowledge, and excellent communication skills

What You'll Do

  • Lead private, small-group walking tours across Melbourne's neighborhoods, landmarks, and off-the-beaten-path spots
  • Share engaging stories, cultural insights, history, and local food recommendations
  • Customize each tour to match guests' interests and pace
  • Provide warm, memorable, and professional experiences

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne and a passion for sharing your city
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Chinese are a plus
  • Friendly, reliable, and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3 to 8 hours
  • Bonus: prior tourism, hospitality experience, or interest in food-themed tours
