Due to continued growth, this coordinator role sits within the Customer Acquisition Team, reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager. The primary focus is maximising efficient new customer acquisition and Return on Investment (ROI) across paid Search, Social, Display & App marketing in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate implementation of acquisition campaigns across core performance platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Ads and other relevant betting specific networks
  • Support the continuous optimisation of App Store Listings for both Apple and Google Play
  • Conduct daily monitoring, tracking and reporting of campaigns to ensure delivery against critical acquisition KPIs and budgets
  • Assist with the implementation of structured A/B testing across ad copy, creative, and audiences to drive improved sign-up and First Time Deposit rates
  • Regular competitor analysis on advertising creative, messaging, and promotional activity to inform strategy
  • Support in capitalising on first-to-market alpha and beta opportunities with core platforms, while taking the lead in managing and optimising campaigns on emerging platforms Reddit, X, TikTok)
  • Ensure all campaign execution and creative assets are consistent and compliant with Responsible Gambling messaging and current state-based regulations (including the Australian Gambling Ad Code).

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on, performance-focused experience managing large-scale Search and Social campaigns
  • Experience within the betting, gaming, or high-volume e-commerce sectors is highly desirable
  • Proven technical proficiency in managing and optimising campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads in the Australian media and digital advertising landscape
  • Working knowledge of attribution models and web analytics tools (eg, GA4)
  • Proficiency in Excel for deep-dive analysis, reporting, and data manipulation
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote setup.
