The Role
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Adelaide team, working on a major infrastructure project within the defence sector. While your initial focus will be on a high-profile program, your broad skill set across both applications and infrastructure will ensure you're well-placed to make an impact on a variety of future client engagements. From discovery to delivery, you'll be part of high-impact initiatives that keep you engaged and growing

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for large-scale projects.
• Translating complex technical and business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Working across infrastructure and application domains - from data and systems integration to operational process improvements.
• Leading workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex technical environments.
• Proven ability to work across applications, infrastructure, and integration projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and translate business needs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Background in the defence sector or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
• Consulting experience preferred but not essential
• MUST have Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain (or currently hold) a Defence security clearance.
