EPAM is looking for a
Cloud Partner Sales Manager
to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for winning new revenue for our Cloud offering by direct prospecting, while supported by colleagues from our internal Cloud Consulting Presales, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery functions, and the Cloud Provider.

This is a new business role with a focus on new logo acquisition, with some sales into new areas of existing accounts. You need to be outgoing, self-motivated and self-propelled. This is not an inbound sales job where you wait at your desk until a lead falls on your lap: you will need to proactively build your own pipeline through outbound activities.

You will get things done through your own research and active prospecting, joint planning with EPAM and the Cloud Vendor Account Managers in greenfield and existing client accounts, and joint value proposition development with the EPAM Cloud Consultants.

We need you to be the person who thrives on prospecting and collaborating - we want colleagues, prospects and partners not simply to call you because you can get the job done but because they also like working with you.

Typical Cloud projects involve application migration and/or modernization; cloud-native application development; data & analytics platforms; AI Agentic solutions; infrastructure automation; IoT; managed services.

Responsibilities

  • Win cloud business for EPAM in new and existing clients. This includes researching prospective companies and executives, preparing valid business propositions, prospecting via calls/emails/social/events, coordinating the team producing the proposals and driving the sales cycle until the deal is signed
  • Work with the cloud partner to identify opportunities and joint target accounts. Coordinate EPAM and Partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, by serving as liaison to Business Units, sales, partners and executive teams
  • Drive cloud sales and marketing activities within your region, while sharing knowledge across regions
  • Propagate across the Cloud Vendor's organization EPAM's capabilities and success stories to demonstrate EPAM value as a trusted systems integrator and thus foster partner-based lead referrals
  • Over time, develop into the internal trusted advisor on Cloud offerings and when needed, organize introductory training courses and supplementary materials (e.g. overview presentations and hands-on exercises) to illustrate platform-specific features and functionalities

Requirements

  • Two to three years of relevant experience in all aspects of the sales life cycle
  • Ability to identify and engage potential clients by understanding EPAM's value proposition, researching and selecting prospects, contacting and engaging prospects through proactive outbound calls/emails/LinkedIn/events
  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and then put together, pitch and submit the respective solution proposals
  • Experience in liaising with the Legal Department to produce and sign the relevant contracts
  • Relationship and network building: Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and Excel skills
  • High energy level and ability to work independently
  • Experience with Cloud Offerings is desired but not critical
