Role Description

This is a casual on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Thomastown, VIC with the potential for full-time. The Machine Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of machinery used in the production of our yoghurt. Key tasks will include operating and maintaining machines, ensuring quality control, and utilising hand tools as needed. Effective communication with team members is essential to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality product output.

Qualifications

  • Forklift license
  • English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Machine Operation and using Hand Tools
  • Skills in Quality Control to ensure consistency and standard adherence
  • Experience in handling and maintaining Machinery
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
  • Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Prior experience in food production is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a casual role offering 4 days per week with the potential for full-time in the coming months.
