About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced operators with proven expertise in running and troubleshooting Gun Drilling Machines, BTA Drilling, Ejector Drilling, and CNC Machining equipment. This is a critical role for candidates who can independently manage the full machining process with minimal supervision, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience operating Gun Drilling Machines, BTA Drilling, Ejector Drilling, and CNC Machining.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine and process issues.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, geometric tolerances, and technical specifications.
  • Deep understanding of machining processes and quality assurance standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with OH&S standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated.
  • Forklift license and own transport preferred.
