About the role
The Accounts Officer is responsible for the day-to-day accounts administration and the delivery of support to all departments including service delivery programs within Healthy North Coast. The position works closely with the Senior Accounting and Finance Officers to ensure the accounts functions are effective, efficient and aligned to the business needs of the organisation.
About you
You will have:
- The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive and cooperative team environment.
- Finance experience, including accounts management, maintaining financial records and knowledge of the statutory environment governing these.
- Computer literacy in accounting applications, database management, modern business report tools and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong initiative with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines while maintaining a quality standard.
- The ability to provide a high level of customer service while to tailoring your spoken / written communication to ensure the desired message is both offered and understood.
- Knowledge of and commitment to Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement principles.
- 5+ years working in a similar role.
