An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong ECT or Diploma-qualified Director to join the OAC family at our Balwyn North campus. Our dedicated team of Educators and a passionate Assistant Director are looking forward to welcoming a new Centre Director.

About This Role

Only About Children Balwyn North is a beautiful, purpose-built Early Learning campus designed to create a warm, welcoming and engaging environment for children, families and Educators. The campus caters for 76 children across 5 rooms.

Centre Director Opportunity

You will be joining us at an exciting time, as we have just rolled out our Centre Director Training Program for 2025. This initiative supports our leaders in becoming the "CEO of their Campus", empowering them with tools, mentorship, and autonomy to make a real impact. You will manage the operations of the campus with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial Performance. We will support you every step of the way with mentorship, training, and career growth opportunities, ensuring you can take pride in your leadership and professional development.
