Our dedicated team is looking forward to welcoming a new Centre Director at this campus.
About This Role OAC Balwyn North is a purpose-built Early Learning campus designed to create a warm, welcoming and engaging environment for children, families and Educators.
The campus caters for 76 children across 5 rooms.
You will join at an exciting time as we roll out our Centre Director Training Program for 2025, empowering you to manage the campus with autonomy and mentorship.
You will lead the campus operations with a focus on five pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial Performance.
Centre Director Opportunity You will have access to mentorship, training, and career growth opportunities, and will be supported by a network including an Education team, Operations leaders, HR, Marketing and Payroll functions.
You will contribute to ensuring strong leadership and professional development within the campus.
