Psychedelic Integration Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group integration circles for individuals who have undergone psychedelic experiences, fostering a confidential, non-judgmental, and respectful space.
  • Guide participants in making meaning from their experiences and support them in translating insights into personal growth and actionable change.
  • Use a range of integration techniques and modalities (training will be provided).
  • Educate participants on harm reduction practices and wellness strategies related to psychedelic use.
  • Collaborate with mental health professionals as needed, particularly for referrals or support of vulnerable participants.
  • Remain informed on current research and best practices in psychedelic therapy, integration, and mental health.
  • Maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality, and legal compliance in all aspects of facilitation.

Desirable (Preferred) Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to hold compassionate space for others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed practice, cultural sensitivity, and inclusivity.
  • A strong sense of ethics and responsibility in community and healing work.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
  • Personal or professional experience with psychedelics and a deep understanding of their healing and transformational potential.
  • Knowledge of transpersonal psychology, integration theory, non-ordinary states of consciousness, or spiritual emergence.
  • Previous experience facilitating group work or holding space in therapeutic or ceremonial settings.
  • Experience working with diverse communities, with a commitment to equity and inclusion.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 – $50.00 per hour
